Orange Sapphire
Sapphire is the most popular member of the gemstone species corundum and is available in a rainbow of exciting “fancy” colors such as orange! Orange sapphires range from lighter apricot or mango (yellowish orange) to deep rusty shades (reddish or brownish orange) - with a clear vivid orange hue being the rarest and most prized. These unusual sapphires are available in a fairly limited variety of shapes and sizes. Sapphires are very durable, making them a perfect alternative to diamonds for engagement rings. Sapphire is the birthstone for those born in September and is designated for the 5th and 45th wedding anniversaries.
