Green Beryl

Green beryl’s color is “too light” or not saturated enough to be classified as emerald, but it’s refreshing pastel spearmint or delicate seafoam shades combined with its high clarity gives it a unique appearance not seen in many other gems. Green beryl can also be found in light lime (yellowish) green shades as well. Green beryl is found in locales where emerald is mined such as Brazil, Colombia, Russia, Pakistan, India and South Africa. This attractive member of the same family as aquamarine, morganite and heliodor is not typically treated or enhanced.
