All returns meeting requirements will receive an account credit. To receive credit on your returns, all merchandise must be in the same condition as was shipped to you and must be accompanied by the memo or invoice number.  We are not responsible for any damage caused to our merchandise through setting, polishing, cleaning, etc.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days.  No stones altered or damaged in any way will be accepted for return.
